| Our Return and Refund Policy |
We offer a 15-day refund policy for any reason as long as the item is in
original condition. There will be a 5% restocking fee to cover our processing fees and a 15% restocking fee on all of our wedding bands. We have to make the wedding bands to size and have to charge 15% for wedding band returns. There will be no fee for exchanges. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase and are not interested in any options we might give you concerning
your purchase, you may return the item to us. To do so, please follow these
steps.

Please ship the item back to us via USPS insured priority mail with a delivery confirmation number and keep the tracking number. Ship the item to us at:

When the item is received, a refund will be issued via the same manor
for which it was paid. For example, if your order was paid with a credit
card, the card will be credited; personal checks and money orders will be
refunded with a business check, etc. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the item has been altered or obviously worn, we reserve the right to determine if a refund will be issued.

Custom work is not returnable unless agreed upon (in writing) before
manufacture. Rings that have been sized can be returned with authorization;
however, sizing fees are not returnable. We make most of our jewelry in our shop in Warrington Pennsylvania and strive to make the best jewelry we can make. We are a small shop, made in the USA and have to charge a rectocking fee because most of the jewelry is made as we need it.
